What is your return policy?
All sales are final, unless accompanied by the original receipt, box, packaging and in like new condition within 7 days of purchase. All returns are subject to restocking and/or shipping fees. Returns are not accepted on electronics, programmers, special orders, modified or painted items.
Do you accept warranty items?
Since each manufacturer has it's own conditions for their warranty, we recommend you contact the manufacturer first. If you still have questions or require guidance we are happy to help.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to answer your questions by phone during business hours. Working on a project after hours or over the weekend? Send us an email and we will respond once we are back in the office!
Do you ship?
Yes, we can ship most packages at buyers expense anywhere that can accept deliveries.
All parts sold by Tangent Performance, unless otherwise stated, are for off-road use only. Items sold for off-road use are illegal in most provinces/municipalities and are intended for racing or show vehicles and many never be used on public roads. By purchasing any aftermarket performance products, the customer takes full responsibility for any use/misuse of the product. Please contact your local authorities to see if any products of interest are illegal to use on public roads.
